You will operate and maintain machinery, reach daily targets while maintaining quality, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing environments.
• Strong machine operating experience and a commitment to safety.
• Forklift licence and gantry crane experience highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and a team-focused attitude.
• A proactive approach and willingness to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery safely and efficiently.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Inventory responsibilities
• Support safe warehouse and stock handling activities.
• Champion health and safety initiatives and safe work practices.
• Assist in training and supporting less experienced operators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
