Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Machine Operator in food manufacturing or production.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and production schedules.
• Demonstrated accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual and able to adapt to production needs.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate food processing machinery and equipment according to procedures and schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning for safe operation.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Complete production records accurately and on time.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive efficiency.
• Respond to changeovers between production runs and adjust settings.
