Looking for a consistent hand-on role with a busy, forward-thinking manufacturing team? We are expanding our production and need a reliable, switched-on Machine Operator / Factory Labourer to keep our workshop humming.
Whether you’ve run CNC equipment, press brakes, automated equipment, or you’re an experienced factory hand ready to step up, this role offers modern gear, steady hours, and real opportunities to upskill.
Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
Load raw materials, and removing finished products
Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards; check finished parts against engineering drawings and job sheets.
Workshop Logistics, safely move materials, sheet stock, and completed jobs between departments
General Production, assist with general workshop duties, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Manufacturing Experience: 2+ years in an engineering workshop environment.
Comfortable reading basic shop drawings, cutting lists with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
A fast learner, with the ability to learn to operate new machines and processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Highly reliable, physically fit, with a strong mechanical aptitude,
Strict adherence to safety, PPE, and workshop safety protocols.
Current Forklift license is a big plus (Advantageous) but not strictly required for the right attitude.
