Oceania Group is seeking an experienced Village Sales Consultant for Elmwood Retirement Village in Manurewa, Auckland, to drive sales of independent living residences on a fixed-term basis until the end of May. You will guide prospective residents and families through their retirement living journey, hosting tours and nurturing relationships throughout the buying journey.

You will need proven B2C sales experience, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into sales

• Proven B2C sales experience with targets.
• Experience in consultative/relationship-based selling in consumer-focused sales environments.
• Comfort selling to older customers and families.
