Job summary

Active 4x4 Dismantlers in Onehunga, Auckland seeks a Human Resource Adviser to provide professional HR support across our growing workforce. You will advise management on employment matters, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and help develop HR policies.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 40-hour week with NZD 38–46 per hour. A relevant tertiary qualification or 5+ years HR experience is required, and you will coordinate records, induction, training and workplace relations.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources, business or related discipline.
• Or at least 5 years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to management on employment and HR matters.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee records and employment documentation.
• Advise management on staff performance and employment matters.
• Assist with workforce planning and staff development initiatives.
• Coordinate induction, training and employee development activities.
• Assist with workplace relations and resolution of employment issues.
• Monitor HR practices and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employment records.
