Job summary

Beca is seeking experienced programme management professionals to join our teams in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. You will work with major infrastructure and government clients to initiate, establish and deliver complex, multi-project programmes, aligning stakeholders and ensuring delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in project or programme management across infrastructure.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-project programmes with governance and risk management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller programmes or major workstreams within nationally significant programmes.
• Define programme outcomes, scope, benefits and success measures aligned to client strategy.
• Establish governance, decision rights, controls and assurance processes.
• Integrate plans, schedules, budgets, risks and performance information for clarity.
• Develop delivery approaches, resource plans and procurement strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with sponsors, governance groups and stakeholders.
• Support readiness, transition and benefits realisation to ensure lasting value.
