You will oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial HVAC and mechanical projects, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes ownership of project outcomes, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, risk, and stakeholder communications across a busy project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical project management experience on HVAC or building services.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts and variations.
• Experience delivering complex commercial projects.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from start to finish.
• Plan, program and coordinate project activities.
• Control budgets, forecast costs and manage variations.
• Procure equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Administer contracts and manage variations.
• Build and maintain client and consultant relationships.
• Lead project meetings and site coordination.
