Job summary

ARE Services is expanding its projects team in Queenstown. The role focuses on hands-on installation and commissioning of high-end residential and commercial HVAC systems, including kitchen extract and ducting.

You will work directly with clients on-site and manage on-site teams. The ideal candidate has strong project leadership, plans-reading ability, and a valid NZ driver licence with EST licence; experience with Daikin VRV and Mitsubishi City Multi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial HVAC projects and teams on site.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Strong organisational and communication skills required.
• Full NZ Driver Licence and EST Licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC installation projects on-site.
• Install and commission Daikin VRV and Mitsubishi City Multi systems.
• Read plans and coordinate with builders and clients.
• Manage labourers and ensure site safety and workmanship.
