Job summary

First Focus, a leading managed technology service provider, seeks a Senior HubSpot Technical Specialist to own and enhance HubSpot configurations, data models, and integrations across NZ, AU, and the US. You’ll partner with Revenue Operations and Marketing leaders to deliver reliable data, scalable processes, and automation that reduces spreadsheet work.

You’ll work with global teams to align regional differences, execute migrations, and implement consent-aware attribution.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on HubSpot administration and technical implementation.
• Experience delivering HubSpot migrations or CRM projects.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot data models, workflows, permissions and reporting.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Disciplined approach to testing, documentation and maintainable configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize HubSpot platform configurations and data model.
• Coordinate Australian and US configurations and migrations.
• Design and implement controlled migrations into the US HubSpot instance.
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs and webhooks.
• Improve workflows and automation to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with marketing and website teams on tracking and attribution.
• Maintain trusted reporting for key metrics.
