Job summary

First Focus in New Zealand is seeking a Senior HubSpot Technical Specialist to own and optimize our HubSpot platform. You’ll configure data models, custom objects, workflows, and integrations, ensuring accurate data across Australia, New Zealand and the US.

You’ll lead migrations, build APIs and webhooks, improve automation, and deliver trusted reporting. You’ll collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales and Marketing, document changes, and mentor teammates while removing manual work.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on HubSpot administration and implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot data models, workflows, permissions and reporting.
• Experience delivering HubSpot migrations or complex CRM implementations.
• Practical experience integrating systems using APIs, webhooks and middleware.
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and consent-aware attribution.

Responsibilities

• Configure HubSpot data models, custom objects, fields, pipelines and permissions.
• Align Australian and US configurations and data, with regional differences.
• Design and deliver migrations into the US HubSpot instance.
• Build and maintain API/webhook integrations.
• Improve automation to remove repetitive manual work.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on tracking and attribution.
• Maintain trusted reporting for MRR, ARR, TCV and regional data.
• Test changes, plan rollbacks and document configurations.
• Support knowledge sharing and contractor handovers.
