Job summary

Madisonrecruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation in Auckland Central to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This full-time, multi-site generalist role provides end-to-end HR support and strategic partnering, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will coach leaders, manage Employee Relations across sites, support disciplinary and performance processes, lead change programmes, and travel between sites as required.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Experience supporting multiple operational sites.
• Experience working in unionised environments with CEA.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Balance strategic partnering with hands-on HR delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with leaders across multiple sites.
• Managing a high volume of Employee Relations matters.
• Supporting disciplinary, performance and investigation processes.
• Leading and supporting change management initiatives.
• Coaching and upskilling managers on people leadership and ER best practice.
• Contributing to workforce planning, talent and engagement initiatives.
• Occasional travel between sites, including overnight stays when required.
