Job summary

Madisonrecruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation in Auckland Central to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This full-time, multi-site generalist role provides end-to-end HR support and strategic partnering, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will coach leaders, manage Employee Relations across sites, support disciplinary and performance processes, lead change programmes, and travel between sites as required.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Experience supporting multiple operational sites.
• Experience working in unionised environments with CEA.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Balance strategic partnering with hands-on HR delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with leaders across multiple sites.

We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a diverse, multi-site workforce. This is a true generalist business partnering role, offering broad exposure across operational and strategic HR while partnering closely with leaders across multiple locations.

The Opportunity
This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded HR professional with proven experience operating in complex, fast-paced environments. You will provide end-to-end HR support, coach leaders through people matters, and play a key role in driving organisational initiatives.

• Partnering with leaders across multiple sites

About You
We are looking for someone who brings:

• 4-6+ years’ HR Business Partnering experience
• Strong tenure and demonstrated career progression
• Experience supporting multiple operational sites
• Significant exposure to disciplinary, performance and complex ER matters
• Experience working within unionised environments and Collective Employment Agreements (CEA)
• Confidence navigating organisational change and transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• The ability to balance strategic partnering with hands‑on HR delivery
