Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in New Zealand is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who will align HR strategy with business objectives, partnering with C&C and COE across ANZ.

You will build strong relationships with Marketing, R&D and NZ Sales leaders, influence people solutions, lead Employee Relations, support talent reviews, performance processes and develop the HR team.

This role offers hybrid working, a focus on people excellence and growth within a global FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience working in FMCG and global companies.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders within Marketing, R&D and NZ Sales across ANZ.
• Influence and co-create people solutions with leaders.
• Collaborate with COE teams to enhance capability and performance.
• Partner with Rewards to manage people budgets within departments.
• Lead Employee Relations and manage grievances, performance improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve the employee experience.
• Develop and mentor a Senior HR Advisor.

About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal operational role aligning HR strategy with overarching business objectives, collaborating closely with C&C and COE team across ANZ.

• Effective business partnering with leaders within the Marketing, R&D and NZ Sales departments across Australia and New Zealand.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaders in order to effectively influence and co-create people solutions.
• Partner with the COE teams to enhance capability and performance through cyclical people activity including annual talent reviews, merit reviews and performance reviews.
• Partner with the Rewards team to manage people budgets within allocated departments.
• Lead the Employee Relations agenda within your population, including oversight of all grievance, performance improvements or change management.
• Leading and participating in initiatives to enhance and improve the employee experience.
• Managing the growth and development of one Senior HR Advisor.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in FMCG and global companies.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
