Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing outcomes.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and strategic thinker.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment law.
• Experience with HRIS and people data.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a People & Culture Business Partner who wants to help shape the future of our business. This isn't a role for someone who likes maintaining the status quo. We're looking for a highly capable, commercially savvy HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and gets energy from building, improving, and creating. You'll partner with leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Innovation and Finance, helping them build high-performing teams while also contributing to the frameworks, processes and people practices that will support ZIWI's next stage of growth.

What will you be doing?

You’ll partner with the business, providing strategic and pragmatic support, advice, and solutions that help our people thrive and drive business performance

• Coach and influence leaders
• Develop and continuously improve people frameworks, processes and policies.
• Help shape and deliver ZIWI's high-performance culture.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve how we work.
• Drive meaningful projects, for example enhancing HR systems, developing talent identification and succession framework
• Manage employee relations matters with confidence and sound judgement, including in our global markets (Australia, US and China).

Who are we looking for?

You’re currently in a Senior HR Advisor position looking for your next role or an operational HR Business Partner wanting to make an impact.

You’ll bring:

• At least five years' experience in an HR Business Partner role or Senior HR Advisor role
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing outcomes.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and happy to operate strategically as well as roll your sleeves up to get the work done.
• Strong employee relations experience with sound knowledge of New Zealand employment law.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and people data.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and responsiveness.

Desirable Experience

• Experience supporting global teams (Australia, US and China)
• HRIS implementation or optimisation experience.
• Experience within FMCG, export or similarly complex environments.
