• Strong leadership experience in housing, social services, health, or related sectors.
• Proven track record leading service delivery teams and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships, contracts, quality systems, and performance.
• Experience leading change, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and achieving equitable outcomes for Māori.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a people-centred leadership approach.
• Ability to inspire, influence, and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
