Bupa is seeking a Clinical Manager for a permanent full-time role in Christchurch (Spreydon). The position leads care teams across Rest Home, Hospital, and Dementia units, guiding clinical care, audits, and staff development.

You will mentor RNs and caregivers, coordinate care plans, and strengthen relationships with visiting health professionals to ensure exceptional resident support. Prior leadership experience and NZ registration are required.

Qualificações

• Proven clinical leadership experience is essential.
• Hold current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Strong ability to mentor and support staff with clear communication.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred clinical care for residents.
• Lead a team of caregivers and nurses to deliver high-quality clinical care.
• Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and lead staff education sessions.
• Contribute to 3-year audit certifications to sustain quality improvements.
• Identify opportunities to invest in processes to improve resident care.
