• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and achieving equitable outcomes for Māori.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a people-centred leadership approach.
• Ability to inspire, influence, and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

We are seeking an experienced and values driven Housing Service Delivery Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team.

About this role

Reporting to the Director of Services, you will provide operational leadership across our Housing Service Delivery function. As a member of Comcare's Senior Leadership Team, you will help shape organisational direction while ensuring our housing services deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients, communities, funders, and stakeholders.

You are an experienced leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.

• Demonstrated commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and achieving equitable outcomes for Māori.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen combined with a people centred leadership approach.
