Job summary

Health New Zealand is seeking a Senior HMC Engineer to provide technical leadership across enterprise-scale cloud and infrastructure environments. You will guide design, oversee secure and high-performing services, and mentor engineers to elevate team capability.

Working within a nationwide Digital Operations function, you will engage with Cloud Engineers, Technical Leads, and third-party vendors to deliver reliable, compliant digital health solutions that support frontline services.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years ICT experience with >=7 years in technical support and >=3 years in optimisation of complex IT environments.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and contributing to standards and best practices.
• Strong ability to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining service stability, availability, and compliance.
