Job summary

Tracksuit Limited is seeking a Senior Governance Specialist to become the operational backbone of our Research Governance function. You’ll own the methodology consistency across markets, maintain our governance infrastructure, and scale systems with automation and AI.

You’ll coordinate with Survey Ops, Product, Data Science, Marketing Science, and Strategic Partnerships, produce governance documentation, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑moving, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, programme management, research coordination, or analytical roles.
• Experience building or maintaining tracking/monitoring systems.
• Evidence of using AI agents or automated skills to scale capabilities.
• Strong written communication – crisp, structured, governance-grade.
• A connector who builds relationships across stakeholders.
• Bonus for SQL literacy or data querying experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational layer of Research Governance with tools, trackers, and systems for consistency across markets and products.
• Run monitoring programme, document methodology drift, maintain governance records, and inform the Head of Research.
• Coordinate across Survey Ops, Product, Solutions, Data Science, Marketing Science, and Strategic Partnerships.
• Produce governance documentation – SCQAs, summaries, pre-reads, and updates.
• Design for scale by building once, automating, and using AI to reduce manual work.
• Maintain programme-level awareness of validation and tests with updated governance records.
