You will define policies, ensure accuracy and traceability, and collaborate across research, IT, compliance, and business teams to enable compliant analytics while protecting patient information.

Qualifications

• Experience leading governance programs in biotech or regulated data environments.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and regulatory requirements for research data.
• Ability to build scalable data governance frameworks.
• Comfort working in remote, async environments.

Responsibilities

• Govern biotech research and clinical trial data with accuracy, lineage, and auditability.
• Define and enforce data policies across teams on classification, access controls, security, and metadata standards.
• Enable secure governed access for analytics and collaborations while protecting patient information.
• Identify gaps in data quality, traceability, and compliance workflows and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with scientists, IT, compliance, and business to align data standards.
