Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a part-time Brand Representative in the Wellington region to merchandize displays and maximise product presence in store. This role requires driving to multiple stores on Sundays and Mondays for a total of 7.75 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling to suit business needs.

A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are essential. You will build relationships with store teams and customers, ensuring displays meet brand standards and products remain in-stock.

• Experience in in-store merchandising is preferred.
• 2) Training will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Build displays of Mondelēz products in line with brand standards.
• 2) Ensure products are available and well-presented on shelf.

More about the role

Supporting New World and Woolworths stores at 7.75 hours weekly, within hours spread across Sunday and Monday.

Stores

• NW Stokes Valley, Silverstream, Hutt City
• WW Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Queensgate

Schedule

• NW Sunday starts at 4pm: Stokes Valley (1hr), Silverstream (1.25hrs), Hutt City (1hr)
• WW Monday starts at 8am: Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Queensgate (1.5hrs each store)

Requirements

• Current Full / Restricted driver's license
• Worthy vehicle with car insurance

How you will contribute

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively;
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations;
• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products;
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase;
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

What you will bring

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience but don't worry, we will provide training if you haven't;
• Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
• Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take pride in your work;
• Be flexible, as hours may change due to business needs and busy times of the year;
• Be comfortable using the technology in a Smart phone.
