Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a part-time Brand Representative in Auckland to build product displays, support store partnerships, and maintain shelf availability for our iconic brands. You will coordinate with store teams to ensure displays meet Mondelēz standards and maximize shopper engagement across several supermarkets.

Ideal candidates bring merchandising or customer-service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience preferred but training provided.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility with hours due to store needs.

Responsibilities

• Build displays aligning with Mondelēz standards and locations.
• Foster relationships with stores and Sales team to support in-store presence.
• Use point-of-sale materials to generate shopper interest and drive product availability.
• Ensure products are always shelf-ready and visible to customers.
• Identify opportunities to showcase brands during busy periods.

More about the role

• Supporting Pak n Save, New World, and Woolworths stores at 5.5 hours weekly, within hours spreadacross Monday

Stores

• New World New Lynn
• Pak n Save Royal Oak
• Woolworths Lynmall

Schedule

• Pak n Save (3hrs) to be completed by 8am
• New World (1hr) and Woolworths (1.5hrs), morning (after Pak n Save completion)

Requirements

• NZ Full driver's license
• Worthy vehicle with car insurance

How you will contribute

You will:

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively;
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations;
• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products;
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase;
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience but don’t worry, we will provide training if you haven’t;
• Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
• Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take pride in your work;
• Be flexible, as hours may change due to business needs and busy times of the year;
• Be comfortable using the technology in a Smart phone.
