Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Brand Representative in store to excite shoppers and showcase our brands at best. You will create impactful displays, work with the sales team, and ensure our products are consistently available on shelf across assigned stores.

Role requires a current driver’s license, access to a suitable vehicle with insurance, and willingness to work on Sundays and Mondays across multiple stores. Training will be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable, efficient, and good communicator.
• Able to build attractive product displays per brand standards.
• Comfortable using smartphone-based tools for store tasks.
• Capable of ensuring products are in-stock and shelf-ready.

More about the role

• Supporting New World and Woolworths stores at 7.75 hours weekly , within hours spread across Sunday and Monday

Stores

• NW Stokes Valley, Silverstream, Hutt City

• WW Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Queensgate

Schedule

• NW Sunday starts at 4pm: Stokes Valley (1hr), Silverstream (1.25hrs), Hutt City (1hr)

• WW Monday starts at 8am: Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Queensgate (1.5hrs each store)

Requirements

• Current Full / Restricted driver’s license

• Worthy vehicle with car insurance

How you will contribute
You will:

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively;

• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations;

• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products;

• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase;

• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience but don’t worry, we will provide training if you haven’t;

• Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;

• Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take pride in your work;

• Be flexible, as hours may change due to business needs and busy times of the year;

• Be comfortable using the technology in a Smart phone.
