Mondelēz International in Auckland is seeking a Brand Representative in store to support Pak n Save and Woolworths with weekly hours of 12.25 across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You will build product displays, ensure shelf presentation aligns with our standards and engage shoppers with compelling POS materials.

You will develop relationships with store teams and customers, maintain availability, and explain promotions.

Qualifications

• NZ Full driver's license is required.
• Reliable vehicle with valid car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build displays of Mondelēz products in stores according to brand standards.
• Ensure products are available on shelves and neatly presented.
• Use in-store promotions and point-of-sale materials to drive shopper interest.
• Develop good relationships with store staff and the sales team.

More about the role

Supporting Pak n Save and Woolworths stores at 12.25 hours weekly, within hours spread across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Stores PnS Glen Innes - Monday 4.75hrs, Tuesday 2hrs, Thursday 1.5hrs, Friday 3hrs Woolworths St Johns - 1hr Schedule PnS to be completed by 7am WW after PnS completion

Requirements

• NZ Full driver's license
• Worthy vehicle with car insurance

How you will contribute

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations
• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

What you will bring

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience but don’t worry, we will provide training if you haven’t
• Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take pride in your work
• Be flexible, as hours may change due to business needs and busy times of the year
• Be comfortable using the technology in a Smart phone.
