Job summary

Ticketure LLC is seeking a Senior Web Developer to build exceptional customer and staff web experiences. You will work closely with Engineering, Product and Design to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

This role reports to the Director of Engineering and involves owning projects end‑to‑end, collaborating across teams, and driving technical quality while balancing business goals. The position is remote with quarterly meetups in Wellington.

Qualifications

• Extensive software development experience using modern front end technologies.
• Proficiency in core technology stack: JavaScript, CSS, Vue, TypeScript, JSON APIs.
• Confident owning projects from start to finish.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and solve problems from start to finish, delivering production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with the wider team and mentor others as a senior team member.
• Ensure work meets technical norms and quality standards.
• Coordinate with client-facing team to meet feature delivery timelines and triage issues.
• Support business SLAs by being available for outages outside normal hours when needed.
• Work within the existing codebase and balance roadmap goals.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and propose improvements.
