Ticketure LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize back-end systems for the Ticketure product. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver production-quality solutions and improve engineering practices.

Responsibilities include leading technical tasks, mentoring engineers, and ensuring code quality while meeting client SLAs. This role supports remote work with quarterly meet-ups in Wellington.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of back-end development experience.
• Proven production Go development experience.
• Experience with MySQL and Elasticsearch.
• Cloud deployment experience, AWS preferred.
• Familiarity with frontend tech such as JavaScript and Vue.js.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver production-quality back-end solutions.
• Lead technical tasks as a senior team member.
• Ensure code quality and align with technical norms.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to meet expectations.
• Support SLAs and be available during outages.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices.
