Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electronics or CS.
• 7+ years of embedded firmware development in C.
• Strong firmware testing and test plan execution.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Proficient in scripting (Python/Bash) for automation.
• Familiar with build systems like CMake and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, robust firmware for Teletrac Navman’s telematics products.
• Develop and support vehicle bus-based features with the hardware team.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and QA to ensure cohesive development and testing.
• Troubleshoot firmware issues across development to maintenance phases.
• Contribute to embedded software that supports broader system architecture.
• Propose and implement new firmware features to improve performance and customer value.
• Write and maintain documentation for firmware design, development, and testing.
