Job summary
Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Façade Engineer in Auckland to lead the design and delivery of façade and building envelope packages across diverse projects. You’ll conduct analyses, review drawings and documents, and coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure compliance with NZ Building Code and standards.

Qualifications
- Degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural or Building Engineering.
- 5–10 years' experience in façade engineering or building envelopes.
- Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing, cladding, roofing and waterproofing.
- Familiarity with NZ Building Code requirements and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of façade and building envelope packages across multiple projects.
- Undertake façade engineering analysis, calculations and documentation.
- Review shop drawings, specifications and contractor submissions.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors and other disciplines; ensure code compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development.
