Job summary

Archway Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facade Engineer for a leading New Zealand engineering consultancy based in Christchurch. You will deliver facade design and building envelope solutions across commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, collaborating with architects, developers and contractors from concept through construction.

With 5–20 years in facade engineering and strong communication skills, you will contribute to technical reviews, client meetings and business development,

Qualifications

• Approximately 5-20 years of facade engineering experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of facade systems and building envelope design.
• Experience across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• A collaborative approach to working with architects and design teams.
• Consulting engineering experience within New Zealand, Australia or a comparable market.

Our client is a highly respected engineering consultancy with an established facade engineering team and a strong pipeline of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Facade Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of complex facade and building envelope projects.

The Role

You will work closely with architects, developers, contractors, and engineering teams to provide innovative facade engineering solutions across a diverse range of NZ and International projects.
