Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Senior-level ESH experience partnering with leaders and workers.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating risk assessments and ESH management systems.
• Proven ability to influence culture and drive safe workplace behaviours.
• Confident in analysing ESH data to support decision-making.
• Experience delivering ESH improvements across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to provide professional guidance to build a strong ESH culture.
• Build relationships across the business to ensure consistent ESH system implementation.
• Develop and implement robust ESH policies, processes and training.
• Coordinate risk assessments, inspections and investigations, driving corrective actions.
• Promote proactive ESH practices to protect people and the environment.
• Monitor key metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Experience with ISO 45001 would be advantageous.
• ICAM certification is desirable.
