Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in EHS advisory roles or as an EHS Coordinator with H&S exposure.
• Hands-on experience in auditing, risk management, and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or transport environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across the business and sites within Auckland.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and conduct internal audits.
• Coach teams on identifying hazards and managing risks.
• Support incident investigations and improve EHS systems.
