• Senior-level ESH experience with partnering leaders and workers.
• Proven design, delivery and evaluation of risk assessments and safety auditing.
• Experience implementing ESH management systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to provide professional advice and guidance to build an ESH culture.
• Coordinate and conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections and investigations.
• Develop and implement ESH policies, processes, training and risk management practices.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement.
