Job summary

MyHR is seeking a Senior ER Advisor to join our team in a hybrid capacity. You will provide remote support for complex employment relations matters and guide clients with confidence, delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in ER, strong NZ employment law knowledge, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. NZ citizenship or work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex ER cases.
• Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation.
• Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Remote support with complex ER cases such as misconduct, performance management, termination processes, personal grievances and restructures.
• Complete all relevant documentation with high level of detail.
• Coach ER Advisors and ER Associates.

About the Opportunity

For over a decade, MyHR has supported a wide range of organisations with their ER needs, building a trusted brand across the market. As a Senior ER Advisor, you'll be joining a team that takes its work seriously, but not itself too seriously. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping customers navigate employment relations matters with confidence, while delivering exceptional service and support.

• Remote support with complex ER cases such as misconduct, performance management, termination processes, personal grievances and restructures.
• Complete all relevant documentation with high level of attention to detail.
• Coach ER Advisors and ER Associates.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a level of maturity that will ensure an empathetic and humanistic experience. Your confidence will shine through your communication style, whilst also maintaining the ethos of “making it easy” when providing support and advice.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex ER cases.
• Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and practical application.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where you can effectively prioritize and manage competing demands.
