About the Opportunity

• Provide hands-on, practical HR generalist support to leaders across the organisation.

What You’ll Bring

This role will suit someone who is comfortable partnering across all levels of the organisation and bring a high level of maturity and confidence. There is currently no HRIS in place so you must be comfortable operating in a manual environment. Your expertise will include:

• Solid HR generalist knowledge in a highly autonomous role.
• End-to-end administrative payroll experience (no need to be an expert but must have had exposure to checking payroll and a desire to upskill in that area to create sole ownership).
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through and a tech savvy approach.
