Job summary

The Chief Technology Office at New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) invites an experienced Principal Enterprise Architect to shape the future of digital capabilities and enterprise platforms. • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture or strategic advisory roles.
• Strong business capability modelling and enterprise planning experience.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear enterprise direction.
• Experience influencing executives and senior decision-makers.
• Understanding of investment planning, governance and organisational priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to simplify complexity and provide clear, actionable advice.
• A collaborative approach that builds alignment across business, architecture, digital and delivery communities.
