Job summary

NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect - Digital & System Leadership in the Manawatu-Wanganui region. You will shape enterprise direction, align business strategy with digital capabilities, and influence investment decisions at the highest level.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into target states and roadmaps, ensuring coherence across enterprise platforms and technology landscapes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture or strategic advisory roles.
• Strong business capability modelling and enterprise planning experience.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear enterprise direction.
• Experience influencing executives and senior decision-makers.
