Job summary

Mm Coaching Limited is seeking a Senior Direct Response Copywriter to own messaging across ads, VSLs, funnel pages, and emails for a high-ticket coaching business. The role is fully remote, with a requirement to overlap European hours, and to deliver high-volume, high-conversion copy that respects compliance and platform policies.

You will report to the Head of Paid Marketing and collaborate closely with the founder, overseeing creative direction, briefs, and tester campaigns while driving

Qualifications

• Must have written direct-response ads for high-ticket offers with measurable results
• Personally authored at least one VSL, webinar script, or long-form sales letter used at scale
• Written Meta ad copy at volume and tracked concept performance
• Email marketing experience including broadcasts, sequences, deliverability, and revenue attribution
• Available to work 20+ hours/week with at least 3 hours daily overlap with European hours

Responsibilities

• Write ads, VSLs, funnel pages, and emails based on Head of Paid Marketing guidance
• Brief video editors, review cuts, and ensure alignment with your script
• Review analytics and iterate copy based on performance data
• Ensure compliance with ad platform policies and claims standards
• Oversee creative direction: briefs, shot lists, pacing, captions, visuals, and final cuts
• Develop longer assets like webinars or case studies as needed
• Coordinate research from sales calls and customer language to refine copy
• Leverage AI tools while maintaining original, high-converting writing
