Qualifications

• A minimum of five years’ experience leading infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity or enterprise systems teams.
• Experience managing complex enterprise infrastructure in medium to large organisations.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong technical expertise across Microsoft technologies (Azure, 365, Entra ID, Defender).
• Experience with virtualization, storage, DR and business continuity practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and continuous improvement of the enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage cloud, servers, network, storage, identity and cybersecurity platforms.
• Provide leadership and development for the Infrastructure Engineering Team.
• Drive lifecycle management, capacity planning and renewal programmes.
• Oversee disaster recovery testing and business continuity activities.
