PwC New Zealand is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Digital & Data Transformation team in Wellington. You’ll partner with clients, senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams to shape strategy and deliver transformative outcomes across digital and data initiatives.

You’ll apply analytical thinking, stakeholder management and delivery excellence to define roadmaps, business cases and practical solutions while growing your consulting capability in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ relevant experience in digital transformation, business transformation, consulting, technology or a related field.
• Experience in a consulting environment is valuable, but industry experience is welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into practical outputs.
• Understanding of how digital, data and emerging technologies can improve performance and outcomes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders and translate requirements into outputs.
• Curiosity, adaptability and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and senior leaders to understand business needs and transformation opportunities.
• Contribute to digital strategy, business transformation and technology-enabled change engagements.
• Help organisations rethink operations to improve customer and employee experiences.
• Support development of deliverables, roadmaps, business cases and transformation plans.
• Analyse complex challenges and develop practical, innovative recommendations.
