Job summary

Redwood Software is hiring a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. The role primarily supports sales outside the United States, with emphasis on EMEA. You will help structure proposals, guide terms, and ensure compliant, efficient order execution while coordinating with legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.

You will drive quote reviews, offer pricing guidance, and advocate best practices to optimize deal terms and processes across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 - 5 years in Sales Operations, Commercial support, or Finance role.
• 3 - 5 year minimum experience using Salesforce.com, CPQ, Docusign CLM.
• Proven deal structuring and execution with governance.
• Experience with Quote and Order Form creation and non-standard terms.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on process optimization.
• Sales operations partner with cross functional teams.
• Deep experience with account management operations and data strategy.
• Clear communication skills in English; ability to build global relationships.
• Proactive, independent, and able to advocate best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive deal review discussions with the Sales organization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product to align with policies and regulations.
• Proactively drive quote and order execution through strategic structuring.
• Provide first-line support for quote creation issues for Sales.
• Advise and craft standards for product, operational, legal and financial deals.
• Identify risks in order creation and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide pricing approval support ensuring policy compliance.
• Recommend approvals for non-standard deal elements across stakeholders.
• Streamline quote/order execution processes for efficiency.
• Communicate progress and milestones to stakeholders.
