Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in solution consulting with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform or equivalent.
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders and articulate outcomes / design decisions that deliver valuable insights.
• Experience designing, developing, costing and integrating services/applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive clear and tangible business outcomes.
• Understanding of the Microsoft suite of Business Applications, Azure Platform, and Modern Work.
• Proven ability to develop design documents expressing complex architectures and data models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into future-ready solution designs.
• Deliver measurable value, improve business performance, and drive digital transformation for clients.
• Write quality solution responses across all levels of detail, from proposals to detailed designs for developers.
• Draw concise diagrams to convey complex architectures to varied audiences.
• Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investments.
