Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE transformations across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery through to go‑live, adoption, and ongoing value realization for clients.

You’ll influence executives, mentor teams, design outcomes, and translate complex business needs into robust Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that deliver measurable business impact in the real world.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in functional consulting, CRM, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience across core processes.
Ability to facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and turn ambiguity into clear direction.
Commercial awareness, scope management, value alignment, and risk-based decisions.
An AI transformation mindset with curiosity about automation and modern Microsoft technologies.
Tertiary qualifications and Microsoft certifications are valued, but delivery ownership matters.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements with confidence, structure, and commercial awareness.
Guide stakeholders through discovery, design, delivery, and adoption.
Translate complex requirements into Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
Own functional workstreams across configuration, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
Mentor consultants, share knowledge, and lift team capability.
Manage scope and risks to protect project outcomes.
