Job summary

Aon plc in Auckland is seeking an Associate Director to lead a portfolio of corporate clients within our Corporate Broking division. You’ll act as the primary contact, delivering professional, accurate service and driving growth.

You’ll collaborate with the wider team, renewals, premium calculations and tailored proposals, and mentor colleagues to develop the next generation of broking talent. A NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a corporate insurance book and client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker able to offer holistic client solutions.
