Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction (Project) Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager role.
• Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous building projects or staged developments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Chinese / English language skills highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction across up to 5 projects, ensuring design integrity, quality, timelines and budgets.
• Lead a team of Site Managers with clear direction and performance feedback.
• Conduct buildability reviews to resolve constructability issues early and cost-effectively.
• Implement value engineering and cost-control measures without compromising quality.
• Develop and manage overarching project schedules across sites and manage RFIs and design changes.
