You will own programme, safety, quality and commercial performance while leading a sizeable project team and acting as the primary face to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in civil engineering.
• 10+ years of civil infrastructure experience.
• Experience delivering medium-to-large scale civil projects valued at $50m+.
• Strong commercial awareness including cost control and programming.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale roading and infrastructure projects.
• Own programme, safety, quality and budget management, forecasting.
• Lead a sizeable project team and act as primary client face.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure value realization.
• Drive zero-harm safety culture across project delivery.
