Job summary

Pinnacles Civil in Rolleston is seeking a senior civil engineer to lead transportation and infrastructure projects from concept to delivery. The role emphasizes strong client relationships, technical leadership, and hands-on delivery within a supportive consultancy environment.

You’ll have 8+ years of experience, a Civil Engineering qualification, and the opportunity to mentor junior engineers while ensuring quality outcomes and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in civil engineering or project management within a consultancy.
• Civil Engineering qualification; CPEng accreditation is a bonus.
• Experience delivering transportation, roading, land development or three waters projects.
• Proven ability managing projects from inception through to completion and engaging clients.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transportation and civil engineering design projects.
• Manage projects from planning through to completion, including programmes, contracts and client relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while supporting future business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across the business.
• Ensure quality outcomes with a strong commitment to health and safety.
