Job summary

Pinnacles Civil is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead delivery of transportation and civil infrastructure projects in a consultancy setting. You will manage multiple stakeholders, provide technical leadership and ensure projects meet time, budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in civil engineering or project management within a consultancy environment.
• Civil Engineering qualification — CPEng accreditation is a definite bonus.
• Experience delivering transportation, roading, land development or three waters projects.
• Previous involvement in road maintenance projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage clients, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivering transportation and civil engineering design projects.
• Managing projects from planning through to completion, including programmes, contracts and client relationships.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while supporting future business opportunities.
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers across the business.
• Ensuring quality outcomes while maintaining a strong commitment to health and safety.
