Job summary

Pinnacles Civil is a respected New Zealand consultancy delivering civil engineering, transportation and infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a senior civil engineer to lead delivery of projects from concept through to completion in Waihi.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. Road maintenance experience is valued in our growing workload.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in civil engineering or project management within a consultancy.
• Civil Engineering qualification; CPEng accreditation is a bonus.
• Experience delivering transportation, roading, land development or three waters projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transportation and civil engineering design projects.
• Manage projects from planning through to completion, including programmes, contracts and client relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while supporting future business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across the business.
• Ensure quality outcomes with a strong health and safety focus.
