Job summary

Pinnacles Civil is a respected New Zealand consultancy delivering civil engineering, transportation and infrastructure solutions. This is a senior, hands-on role based in Waihi, requiring client-focused leadership and the ability to deliver transport and civil projects on time and to budget.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage multiple stakeholders and drive quality outcomes while upholding health and safety standards across diverse workloads.

Qualifications

• This is a senior, hands-on role leading transportation and civil infrastructure projects.
• 8+ years of civil engineering or project management experience in a consultancy.
• Experience delivering road, transport, land development or three waters projects.
• Strong client engagement and project leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of transportation and civil design projects from concept to completion.
• Manage programmes, contracts and client relationships across multiple projects.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue future opportunities.
• Ensure quality outcomes and adherence to health and safety standards.
