Job summary

Pinnacles Civil is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects in New Zealand. You will partner with clients to maximise performance and value of assets and help grow Pinnacles Civil's asset management capability nationwide.

Responsibilities include developing strategic asset management plans, lifecycle strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with local government and transport authorities while delivering

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' civil engineering experience with NZ context.
• At least 5 years in asset management.
• Proven experience delivering asset management services on NZ civil infrastructure.
• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of NZ asset management frameworks and lifecycle planning.
• Experience with RAMM, Juno Viewer or other recognized asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of strategic asset management plans for civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop long-term asset strategies, lifecycle plans and investment programmes with clients.
• Building relationships with local government, NZ Transport Agency and stakeholders.
• Undertaking asset performance assessments, condition evaluations and risk-based decisions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and whole-of-life cost outcomes.
